Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• Weight (multiple products) may increase delivery time
• Poster art (US): 4-10 days
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7–12 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@guiltykick.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can make it right.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
